Our story
The Friendly Floofsitter began with one simple belief:
Pets deserve to stay happy, comfortable and loved in the place they know best…their own home.
Jo started pet sitting for friends in 2020, quickly discovering just how much families valued having someone they could trust to care for both their pets and their home.
As word spread, more enquiries followed, and before long there were more pets needing cuddles than one Floofsitter could manage alone! Friends Yvonne and Emma joined the team, followed by Sophia, allowing us to help even more families while keeping the same caring, personal approach that built our reputation.

I was so nervous about leaving my baby Bella for the first time. She is my shadow, and extremely nervous on walks as she scared of anything that moves.
Well.. I didn't need to be.. Jo settled in and wasn't long before Bella and Charlie were fighting for cuddles. Jo kept me up to date at all times, sent me pics of them regularly. Really helped, and I was able to relax being away.
Highly recommend, you need to book well in advance.

First time using Jo and it's been like having our very own Mary Poppins! Daily updates and photos of our 2 cats. House lovely and clean to come home to. Jo is very respectful of people's homes and is clearly very passionate about her job... Obviously a huge animal lover! Very patient with our cats and they seemed very settled on our return. Hi Jo,
I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything, from our very first meeting, we felt confident that Bella would be in safe hands, and that's exactly how it turned out. This was our first time having someone live in the house to look after her, and it's honestly been a brilliant experience.
Emma has been amazing, so caring and
communicative, and Bella clearly had a lovely time! It made such a difference knowing she was being so well looked after. We were able to properly relax, which we haven't done in a long time.
We're also really grateful to Yvonne for stepping in when Emma was working. The fact that they both went above and beyond just means so much to us.
Thank you again, we're so glad we found you. We've already booked in for the next few visits, and it's such a relief knowing Bella will be in such great hands again.
